Pilot stage

Information on this website may include roadmap features that are not yet live. We try to be honest about what is current and what is planned, but the product will continue to change.

Submissions

Submitting a form does not guarantee employment, hiring, partnership, or platform access. We may follow up to invite you into the pilot, ask for more information, or decline at our discretion.

No outcome guarantees

Aplio does not guarantee job offers, candidates, payments, or specific employment outcomes. Employers and candidates remain responsible for their own legal and compliance obligations, including labor law, work permits, and tax.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the website or platform, do not impersonate others, and do not submit false information. We may remove submissions or accounts that violate this.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose risk to other users. You can also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual property

The Aplio brand, logo, website content, and product are owned by Aplio. Submitting content to Aplio does not transfer ownership of that content, but you grant us the right to use it to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and the pilot are provided “as is” during early development. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Aplio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months (zero during the free pilot).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute is Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
